Steps to Reproduce

1. Reach level 25 on Engineer
2. Complete promotion assignment tasks
3. Initiate the promotion
4. A moment after confirming the first part of the promotion sequence, skip the rest

Explanation

On my first promotion [Engineer, in case it matters] I skipped the sequence on accident while the images of the core casings were appearing
