Upgrade Gear Does Not Update Hover Screen Cost

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Gear menu
2. Go to the Upgrade tab
3. Hover over an equipped gear item and note the upgrade cost
4. Hold the button (space) to upgrade the item
5. When the upgrade animation completes, note that the cost hasn't changed
6. Hold the button again to 'upgrade' the item; the animation will play again, but if you can't afford the upgrade, nothing will happen when the animation completes
7. Moving the cursor/focus away from the gear item and back to it shows the new upgrade cost

Explanation

DRG Survivor - upgrading gear doesn't redraw the hover screen to show the cost of the next upgrade.
