Steps to Reproduce

1. Salvage Mission with deactivated, unexcavated, unrepaired Resupply pods
2. Lithophage Meteor Fragment shower
3. Unexcavated Resupply pod is within meteor fragment "kill zone"
4. Upon impact, pod is partially excavated and reactivated with ammo ready to be withdrawn
5. Pod is not otherwise bugged, ammo withdrawn is valid and causes no other issues
