Steps to Reproduce

1. I upgraded the item and it stopped providing reload speed.
2. Instead it says 0% bonus.
3. The item name is Cryo Chip.
4. I'd like to attach a screenshot but don't know how.

Explanation

A legendary item in game does not provide stats after being upgraded thrice.
