Steps to Reproduce

1. Host online multiplayer game.
2. Have all players except host leave the game.
3. No Bosco spawns.

Explanation

Bosco does not join. If you have a party of players and all but the host leave then no Bosco joins and you are left by yourself. Previously when all party members left Bosco would spawn in.
