Steps to Reproduce

1. Whenever I join lobby on DX11 low settings
2. Check if my rig or settings stop it from happening or not

Explanation

Whenever I join a the hub area the lighting goes out of wack right when I join or shortly after and starts going crazy like strobe lights, to the point of being able to cause seizures if an epileptic person saw it. I have videos and screenshots to show it happening
