Explanation
Invalid spawn location of corestone- corestone is liable to spawn underneath drop pod while drop pod is landing, causing drop pod to delete corestone, rendering the event impossible to trigger/complete. this was observed on a point extraction mission in glacial strata, but could be applicable to more gamemodes and biomes.
