Steps to Reproduce

  1. Active Ebonite Outbreak modifier/Ebonite Core Infuser machine event on the map.

Explanation

Unsure if bug or intentional - but the Ebonite Mutation Core Infuser event did not complete, despite enough ebonite spawns. Ebonite Outbreak modifier was also in effect. It would be understandable that they do not count towards it - but it appears that enough did not spawn for the infuser.
