Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a mission as an engineer
2. Deploy a turret
3. Try resupplying its ammo, then immediately open the scanner
4. Try to rotate the scanner's view

Explanation

Cannot rotate terrain scanner's view when used right after interaction with the engineer turret
