Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete the Halloween missions
2. The wardrobe doesn't show any new hat, and there's no notification about receiving the new decoration.

Explanation

Halloween mission BUG: Missing decoration.
Already completed the Halloween mission but haven't received any decoration rewards, including the "last year old fashion" and this year's new hat. Some players have encountered similar issues. After waiting for a while, the hat might appear in the player's wardrobe, or it may never become available.
