Unable to Access Anomalies or Warning Information via D Key

Steps to Reproduce

1. It was after I bought any DLCs.
2. Once I bought all of them and downloaded them.
3. Then I turned on my game.
4. This issue showed.
5. I have tried deleting the mods.
6. Restarting the PC/game.
7. Uninstalling and reinstalling.
8. I recently tried turning on and off all my DLCs.
9. Issue still remains.

Explanation

The bug I am dealing with just has everything with information with a D key that you can see to move the pause menu, I am unable to look at Anomalies or Warning information.
