Explanation

Hey again, still having issues running on PC, playing through the xbox store though and not steam, never had any issues before halloween update, no updates on computer, gpu has no updates, tried the above suggestion of downloading DirectX web installer and still no help, repaired files on Xbox home, uninstalled, reinstalled, getting no error messages. I took a video with my phone of the crash occurring, I can never make it past the loading screen that says “Initializing” , but I don’t think I can post the video here. (forwarded from bug-discussion)

Since Oct.30th I have tried launching probably atleast 50 times with trying some of the fixes to no avail. My startup process consists of opening up the game (also tried running as admin) and once it hits the initializing load screen where you see a picture of the outside of the space rig, the game freezes and crashes, sometimes unable to end task on task manager for several minutes. The game just stays up frozen, there have been rare cases where I will make it past the load screen and successfully load into the space rig. But everytime I have reached this point. I will take aprox 2-3 steps (Not even being able to leave dwarf bedroom) and the game will freeze and crash again eventually closing itself with no error messages. I have played deep rock on my PC for roughly a year, never with any issues. No crashing ever, but only since the halloween update this has happened. I will to add in case it does help. But I occasionally will play the game on my actual Xbox Console, but never had any issues playing between the 2, the data always synced perfectly. I even played some games last night on my console with no issues. I hope I have provided enough information and whoever reads this I really appreciate your help! Rock and Stone!
