Season Terminal Fails to Provide Credit Rewards for Previously Unlocked Cosmetic Items

Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain item through other means. (i.e.; before older seasons were made re-available)
2. Claim same item from season terminal. (either cosmetic tree or season overview)
3. Observe that credit amount did not increase by the expected 1000 credits.

Explanation

Season Terminal does not give credit rewards in place of previously unlocked cosmetic items.

This issue affects both the season pass items in the season overview ssection as well as the items in the cosmetic tree section.
