Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a server where you have about 80-100 or higher latency
2. Spam Q and right click
3. It stays active and going forever and even recharges
4. Allowing you to use your ultimate ability in this case the concussion mines

Explanation

In rouge core when you are playing the guardian class if you have enough ping you can glitch out the ability that pushes enemies away.
