Incapacitation under Core Stone can clip player out of bounds

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Core Stone event
2. Break the Core Stone Crust open
3. Work your way through one chunk of the Core Stone's health bar
4. Before the Crust reforms, have a player become incapacitated under the Core Stone

Explanation

A player getting downed in the area where the Core Stone would reform can clip them out of bounds downwards, resulting in them falling through the map and potentially popping back in-bounds at an inconvenient location.
