Steps to Reproduce

1. Maybe dig a tight tunnel
2. Switch weapons
3. Open terrain scanner
4. (I don't know if these affect hitbox or anything but if they do it probably is the cause)

Explanation

Fell out the map as engineer digging a tight-ish tunnel in salt pits biome
