Scanner Missing in Deep Scan Missions on Low-End PC in Specific Lobby

Steps to Reproduce

1. Maybe it could be a bug with PCs that are not of the best quality, since mine is definitely a low end one.
2. Eventually if this could make any difference, person that I join and always have this specific issue is using a copy of DRG from out steam family.

Explanation

In deep scan missions the little scaner that should be in right upper corner sometimes does not show up - in my case it happens specificaly when im in a joined lobby with a very specific person
