Regression of:	#142 Game Fails to Launch Due to Missing FSD-Win64-Shipping.exe File This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the legacy version beta
2. Start it

Explanation

The 2018 Legacy version doesn't work any more. Trying to start it just says the FSD.exe in the legacy folder is missing. Validating game files does nothing. I cannot get the legacy version to run anymore.
