Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a mission
2. Turn off captions
3. Wait until the dwarf says anything
4. The text line will still show up

Explanation

When turning subtitles off, some voice lines still appear on screen, like for example when calling for Molly or completing an objective. I wanted to immerse into a silent character turning captions off and putting voice volume on 0%, but it still bothers those lines of text appearing. You may criticize me for it, "Why? Dwarves have so much character to 'em! Don't you want to hear a 'Rock and Stone'?". At one point, I kinda got bored hearing the same voice lines over and over and it started to get annoying, that's why.
