Explanation

I've lost absolutely all progress in the game. I haven't played for about a year, so I decided to come back. But the game first offered me to take training. Of course, I missed it, and then I found out that everything was gone. All the characters of the first level, all the things, absolutely everything. I play on steam, unfortunately I didn't have a steam cloud. The nickname in the game is "Tyku". Please help me...
