Steps to Reproduce

1. Random cave generation

Explanation

There is a chance for the power station in the industrial sabotage mission to spawn on top of another structure (Core Infuser and Kursite Grinder). This makes it impossible to reach the the power station with the node's area if the cave is too spread out around it. We had no Engineer and thus no way to complete the mission.
