Steps to Reproduce

1. When you dance, there is a move where your whole body is spinning.
2. If you do that while you hold a snowball, your upper body stops spinning, causing a self-spinning waist and lower body.

Explanation

A visual bug where your waste spins separately from your body, repeatedly snapping your waist.
