BOSCO mines ground before picking up data cell in salt biome

Steps to Reproduce

1. Repeatedly start and end missions until the antenna node event happens (assuming it has nothing to do with the volatile guts mutator, mission type, or biome, and it could be possible with other data cell sources like defeating a Prospector)
2. Complete the antenna node event
3. Pick up the data cell, then drop it on the ground
4. Ping it with the pointer to make BOSCO pick it up
5. Observe as BOSCO mines the ground before picking it up

Explanation

In the salt biome on a single player mission, on a point extraction with explosive guts mutator, having completed the antenna node event for a data cell, when I ping BOSCO to carry it, BOSCO mines the ground underneath it before picking it up. It seems like BOSCO treats it similarly to minerals like compressed gold or jadiz, where it needs to be mined out of the ground before being picked up
