Steps to Reproduce

1. Just started randomly no clue what caused it
2. and does not go away

Explanation

Weird bug with my ui that makes it so texts from like perks or random stuff shows giant D in a bold font and takes away a bunch off text. Randomly started, no mods, have verified game files, have uninstalled and reinstalled, have moved disc as well, have tried swapping game to using direct x12 didn't change.
