Steps to Reproduce

2. shoot, and shoot again before the 1st trail expires.

Explanation

Consecutive electric trail shots with the coil gun don't refresh the trail effect (electrical damage + slowdown). If you don't wait for the first trail to expire, then the electrical trail effects of your 2nd shot are wasted. All of this regardless of the fact it doesn't stack.
