Steps to Reproduce
- Find a place with "smoke" sprites overlapping.
- When they overlap, instead of adding transparency, it creates "solid blobs" and "hard lines".

Explanation
A transparent sprite overlap graphical issue has been present when using DX12 from a very long time, probably present from the start when DX12 was introduced in DRG. It happens anywhere, from the base drop pod smoke to ambient caves haze.
