Coilgun incorrectly calculates damage on frozen targets with removed armor

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Freeze a target that has (heavy?) armor and can survive a hit.
  2. Fire the coilgun into armor portion of the creature.
  3. Repeat process with another identical creature but fire into non-armor portion.
  4. Notice a significant difference in damage dealt.

Explanation

The Coilgun appears to consider frozen targets to still have (heavy) armor despite such status effect removes armor (and weakpoints).
