How to Make a Bug Report

When it comes to reporting bugs, certain information is required to ensure we can reproduce and diagnose the issue. Following these guidelines will help us get to the bottom of things faster:

• Add attachments whenever possible
  • Player Logs are very useful (PC only) + Player ID
  • A video showing how to reproduce the bug
• Provide clear steps on how the bug occurred
  • Include the steps that caused the bug, rather than focusing only on the outcome
• Report one issue at a time
  • Each bug report should describe one issue you are experiencing
  • Reporting multiple issues in one report makes it difficult to isolate reproduction steps
• Report issues even if they’ve already been reported
  • Duplicate reports help highlight widespread issues and may add information we didn’t have before
  • BetaHub’s system automatically merges duplicates and boosts their visibility

Use Respectful Language
  • Profanity, insults, or abuse will result in your report being instantly deleted from the system.
  • We expect players to remain respectful in all situations.
  • Bugs can be frustrating, but abusive behavior is never acceptable.
