I attempted to perform the self unhook action while on 2nd stage but I remained on the hook. I was granted haste and endurance but didn't go anywhere. I also died as a result.

Deliverance doesn't unhook you if you try using it immediately when "attempt unhook" prompt shows up.

My Deliverance didn't take me off of hook. I met the requirements but it kept me on hook just giving me the broken status.
