Survivors sporadically don't make grunting sounds while wiggling in killers grasp. This happens randomly, could occur while survivor has certain perks equipped maybe but thats just a guess.

Survivors wiggling while held by The Killer do not actually make the noise that they are wiggling.

When carrying a survivor there is no animation or sound that they are trying to wiggle off, meaning the killer can think they have more time to get to a hook then they actually have.
