I'm not sure if it's a bug or what but it seems that characters, levels and cosmetics that I have paid for are locked again inside the PTB. Can someone explain this please?

Account Reset to Zero in PTB

All survivors are stripped of cosmetics, perks, items, addons and reset to zero. Same with the killers. My account has basically been fully reset on PTB.
