This issue has persisted for many months. And no, this is not a duplicate of the other report (about Maggie Rhee's skin), since this issue is still on Richter Belmont.

- Equip Richter Belmont skin for Trevor Belmont
- Equip Scene Partner on him
Explanation
Richter Belmont's screams sound very muffled and distant when Scene Partner is used on him. This is very weird sound-wise and it's a shame since it's a paid skin.
