Steps to Reproduce
- Play as Survivor, and equip things that enable you to permanently add progress on a Generator (BNP, Specialist, Fast Track).
- Apply permanent Generator progression to any Generator, and repair a little bit so you can watch it regress
- Have the Killer regress the Generator
Explanation
When any mechanic is used to apply permanently reduced progress to a Generator, it has the unintended effect of reducing the progress required for the Anti-Gen-Tap mechanic. Typically, only 5% of Generator repair is required to to stop regression, typically this is 4.5 seconds of progress. However, permanently reducing the number of charges required for a Generator to complete means that in order to stop a Generator from regressing, 5% of a Generator can be less than that. This wasn't really noticeable before because the numbers were so small, but with perks like Specialist and Fast Track enabling players to permanently reduce the majority of a Generator, this bug has become incredibly apparent.
