Play as The Legion
Whether in Frenzy or not, tilt the camera up and down
Take note of the camera misalignment

Explanation

The Legion's camera has been broken from the 9.5.1 hotfix update.

When looking down to the ground, instead of only their head tilting towards the ground, their entire body will move forward and down; making them feel nauseating to play. The same is the case when looking up; the entire character leans backward.

When looking all the way up or down, the camera becomes briefly "locked" and cannot be moved easily.
