Actual Result:	My character is immobile and I am getting time outs because I am unable to move about the map. I end up disconnecting in hopes the bit will be able to help the team.
Expected Result:	I would love to be mobile and play the game instead of being frozen and getting time outs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a match from Xbox one
2. Wait to see if I can move or not
3. Usually I can't move other than crouch and stand, drop and pick up an item
4. Sometimes, reboot the game helps
5. Sometimes it doesn't
6. I feel like my profile and my Xbox are being targeted by malware!
7. I just want to be able to play the game
8. Is that too much to want for all I spend on this game?

Explanation

I load into match and my character can't move other than RB and LB commands. I can drop an item and pick it up, crouch and stand, but can't turn or move! I keep getting time outs no matter whether I stay in match or disconnect! It doesn't matter which character I play as. Usually rebooting the game works but not today. It's gotten worse! At my wits end here. I'm getting time outs for something that isn't in my control! This is absurd!
