Explanation
so im not too sure if this is a bug or if its part of the game? but id hope not hence its annoying, but everytime i relaunch the game my perks will reset to some random other ones. for instance my resilience and deliverance ALWAYS without fail change to resurgence and counterforce whenever i launch/re-launch the game. sometimes one of my perks will completely disappear and only leave me with 3 perks selected.
