Select gen
Attempt to teleport
Find myself outside the map

Explanation

Freddy Teleport sending me outside of map or to incorrect generators on Dead Dog Saloon map. Did not have this issue on any other maps when I played a few other games this night. The video should show my actions immediately before I was teleported outside the map. I hooked a survivor in basement and attempted to teleport to the generator on the upper portion of the small building between shack and the map wall.
