- Equip Mirrowed Illusion as Survivor
- Do a Gen until the perk is active
- Use the perk
- See bugged perk
Explanation
Perk "Mirrowed Illusion" spawns A-Posing, untextured characters.
I tested it as killer and survivor, visual bug is the same result.
