Steps to Reproduce

1. Holding down hatchet as long as you can
2. Hit survivor with charged hatchet
3. Nothing happens

Explanation

Tome 3 Level 2 Challenge "Grenade Launcher" unobtainable.

"Hit 2 Survivor(s) with charged Hatchet hits as The Huntress. Complete this challenge in a single trial"

No matter how long you hold the hatchet for when you hit someone you will never get the "charged shot" event to show. I've held down the hatchet for over 2 minutes and have heard the little "ding" noise it does to tell you it's charged and no matter what it won't appear when you hit someone. This has been reported multiple times and seemed to be fixed but isn't working again.
