While googling the issue, I noticed that something similar had been encountered earlier (AI told me so) and had been fixed in 8.6.2

Steps to Reproduce
- Get an account with this challenge not completed
- Try to hit survivors with charged hatchets as Huntress in a public match
Explanation
Unable to complete "Grenade launcher" killer master challenge (Tome 3 page II)
Bug is reproduced in both "Blood Moon" and regular game mode.
