The Hook Survivors Milestone Quest requires exactly twice as many hooks as the Damage Generators Milestone Quest requires generator regression events, despite being only able to get a maximum of 12 hooks per Trial, while even if you restrict yourself to hitting the generator regression event limit only on the 5 generators the Survivors are required to repair to power the Exit Gates, you would still get 40 generator regression events per Trial, over twice as many generator regression events as hooks. Also, if you got every kill by 3-hooking the Survivor, you would get a little over 916 kills when finishing your Hook Survivors Milestone Quest, despite that being nearly double the 550 kills/sacrifices you need for the Kills/Sacrifices Milestone Quest.

Explanation
Ever since the Quest system was implemented, I've struggled to complete the Hooks Milestone Quest, compared to literally every other Milestone Quest. It's always the last one to be completed, often by like a week, and that's purposefully avoiding non-hooks whenever possible, like Pyramid Head cages, Onryo Condemned kills, and even endgame basekit Moris. When doing the math, you can see that if you got all your hooks for your hooks Milestone Quest (2,750), it would result in enough hooks to 3-hook sacrifice just over 916 Survivors. For reference, the Kill/Sacrifice Milestone total is only 550 kills/sacrifices, so nearly half of what you'd get if you literally were able to get the maximum number of hooks per kill when finishing the hooks Milestone. The next highest number in Milestones is Damage Generators, at 1,375... which is exactly half of the 2,750 hooks required for its Milestone. Yet, you can get a maximum of 12 hooks per Trial, while even if you restricted yourself to only getting maximum gen regression events on the 5 gens the Survivors are required to repair, you would still be getting 40 damage generator events per Trial. Yet, you require literally twice the number of hooks as gen damage events, when you can get a maximum of less than half the number of hooks per Trial as gen damage events? It all just doesn't add up, so I can only assume it's a bug or mistake that should be resolved.
