Actual Result:	Cosmetic flails and stretches in drastic ways that gives away location and prevents any hiding, even when in the dying state.
Expected Result:	The shirt should not glitch and stretch at all.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I have attached a video from a streamer's POV. While I never noticed ingame myself as I am wearing the cosmetic, others and friends have mentioned it when playing with me. It has been bugged since release.
