Explanation
Bug about one challenge in the 17th book. The challenge "Enemies closer (Remix) don't work at all. Perks never appears at the start and we never complete the challenge even though we keeping hide from the killer. I've tried to select another challenge and coming back on this. Restart my game and retake the challenge but nothing works.
So, I can't access to next challenge and all the others of the 17th book are locked.
