Steps to Reproduce

Fast Vault into a Locker
Do so whilst Kaneki is about to bite (In power.)
Kaneki then bites as your animation just about ends to get into the Locker
End up stuck inside of the Locker with no way out until the bite animation then ends

Explanation

So, there is a bug which causes you to get caught in (The Ghoul's) Kaneki's bite animation once you hop into a locker, unable to then do anything whilst in that locker. Thankfully, once both animations end (Attack and Locker) You are then able to get out. However, that makes it difficult to get out of chase, getting you killed almost immediately.
