- Join game
- Be kicked/disconnected
- Matchmaking penalty received
Explanation
Receiving the "matchmaking locked" penalty, after being kicked from a game (not quitting, but either being kicked or disconnected). Ive been disconnected twice today, and I am up to a 15 minute penalty when it wasn't my choice to leave the match.
