Pick the tome 17 survivor challenge ENEMIES CLOSER (REMIX)
Go to your perks
Enter Lobby perks say randomized
In game perks disappear
After game loadout is empty when switching challenges

Explanation

Trying to do tome 17 part one the enemies closer (remix) survivor challenge and it won’t assign me perks. Tried it 3 times and I had no perks each time
