Explanation
Legion fatigue animation is misaligned and the missed attack animation is missing.
When The Legion uses Frenzy and misses an attack, the animation for the missed attack is missing (lasts 0.225s). This causes the fatigue animation to be used in its place (lasting 2.5s). However, the fatigue itself does not last any longer than normal.
So once the fatigue animation ends, since it played 0.225s too early, there is a 0.225s empty space where no animation plays, but Legion is still in fatigue.
