Actual Result:	Your ability just never prompts and nothing you can do fixes this
Expected Result:	Torchbearer should have flashbangs when not on cool down

Additional Notes & Comments:	I don't know what causes this, though it seems most often when loading in vs a Spirit in this game mode, though it happened to me at least once while facing a nurse/blight combo

1. Play 2v8 survivor
2. Play as Torchbearer
3. Uncertain what causes it

Explanation

In 2v8 sometimes Torchbearers don't get the prompt to drop a flashbang at all, meaning they have no ability in the game mode
