Game Crashes when Tabbing Out. Also crashes during midgame if I tab out,its not only startup issue

Explanation

Good day,my issue is everytime I launch the game and tab out my game instantly crashes and even crashed my pc a couple of times.
I managed to fix the issue momentarily with -dx12 but later my game started crashing again.
Also occasionally during the actual gameplay I was crashing.
This is since the latest update.
I tried renaming the ini files which made it work but I dont want to play on 0 resolution.
Some people mentioned dx11 but it didnt work for me.
Also tried to do fullscreen,windowed and all modes and resolution and graphic changes.
