Steps to Reproduce

Play against the Lich with any non-special item in your loadout
Roll a 20 and pick up either of Vecna’s special artefacts

Explanation

Picking up Vecna’s Eye from the Lich’s chest overwrote my normal item.

I don’t know if this applies to both Hand and Eye and I wasn’t able to go back in the match to check whether my medkit was deleted or place in the chest upon picking the eye.
